Modern skipasses have a small short-distance tag in themselves. With enough setup, your phone can react to that.

Read a skipass, assign a number to it
Perform actions when the skipass is scanned
Check which skipass is which
The app doesn't connect to the internet at all, everything happens locally on your phone

This app is built using the Tasker framework, which means that messages asking for certain permissions may feel suspicious and may give usage examples that aren't appropriate for this exact app. I can't change this by myself.

This app is currently under development. Expect bugs, since this is an alpha version.
